Welcome Reception

Twickenham Stadium
The Welcome Reception on Wednesday evening will be in the exhibition area of the conference centre.
A buffet dinner and drinks will be served.
The event is an excellent opportunity to meet the hosts, catch up with old colleagues, make new friends and network.
The cost of the welcome reception is included in your registration fee.
Dress code is smart casual.
Gala Dinner

Hampton Court Palace
The Gala Dinner on Thursday Evening will be held at Hampton Court Palace.
It is both a perfect and unique setting for our formal dinner, where you will be served with delicious food and fine wine. Drinks will be taken in the 60 acres of beautiful gardens and you will get to experience the splendour of the Tudor court in Henry VIII's Great Hall, complete with his magnificent tapestries.
Please book early to avoid disappointment as places are limited and this will be a popular event.
Dress Code is Black Tie/ National Costume & Honorary Decorations
